Develop Your Staff identifies which Employers are interested in enrolling onto Work Based Qualifications and these employed candidates are then referred to our network of pre-approved Training Providers – providing a matchmaking service that benefits both Employer and Training Provider.

Develop Your Staff was formed by a collaboration of executives from both the Training and Marketing industries with one clear goal in mind; supporting SME’s and Levy payers to access training that will foster growth, better compliance and general organisational and operational improvements.  Our Team of friendly and experienced Advisors specialise in their own areas and are well placed to discuss your organisations training needs.

We employ a team of Funding Experts who work on a number of Government projects who will be able to offer advice on subsidisation and funding that is available for SME’s to help pay for the costs of training whilst offering quality Training Providers to Levy payers. Our service is completely free of charge for all Employers as we take our fees from our network of pre-approved Training Providers.  There is no fee or cost incurred to your organisation from the match making services we provide.

How do we operate?

We have no up front fees for our telemarketing service. We simply charge a fixed fee per Candidate found. This is charged after an agreed period of time, which is negotiated prior to the commencement of the campaign.

Once terms have been agreed, our process is simple and efficient. To enable us to generate employed Candidates, we require the following profile:
